When We Use DTG
What is DTG printing?
DTG (Direct to Garment) printing sprays ink directly into fabric using industrial inkjet technology. The result is a soft-feel print with unlimited colors — you can't feel the design on the fabric because the ink is absorbed into the fibers.
Is DTG durable?
Yes, when done on properly pre-treated fabric with quality ink. DTG prints are rated for 50+ washes without significant fading. Follow cold wash + hang dry instructions for maximum longevity.
DTG vs screen printing — which is better?
Neither is universally better. Screen printing is more vibrant for simple designs and better for large quantities. DTG excels at complex, multi-color designs with photographic detail and has no minimum order requirement. We choose the technique based on the design.
